We have noticed that customers using a "hotmail" email address are not receiving order confirmation and update emails. If you have other email addresses, please use them instead of the "hotmail" email address.

Due to the holiday (March 14-22), orders will not be shipped during this time. Therefore, we are offering a 10% discount on all orders placed between March 13-22. All orders placed during this time will be shipped on March 23.

SHIPMENT RULES - CHINA STOCK

 

All orders from China Stock are dispatched within 1 day after cleared payment. Each order is dispatched to our UK warehouse and then shipped to the customer by 1st Class Royal Mail. The total delivery time is 14-28 days (90% of shipments reach the customer within 16 days) .

The customer does not pay any additional costs (tax, duty, delivery).
Delivery is completely free, tax and duty are included in the price of the watch.

The watch is tested in a UK warehouse before being shipped to the customer.

The return process is exactly the same as for watches from a UK Stock and must be sent to our UK warehouse.
